Timing is important. Here are two simple things you can do with any smartphone that can optimize your use of time dramatically.

Turn on the stopwatch:

#1 Awareness: How long does this actually take me?
#2 Opimization: How can I make this faster?

Turn on the timer and stop what you do, when the timer is up.
Benefits of hard limits:
#1 Focus: I have to get it done now, what is important?
#2 Intensity: I have to get it done now, how can I do this quicker.
#3 Dayflow: My other commitments are not going to suffer because of this one.
